Port Colborne native Randy Doan is the new president of the Welland County Motorcycle Club. Doan grew up not far from the Port Colborne hospital and began riding motorcycles on the beach with his buddies. Founded in 1946 and incorporated 20 years later, the Welland County Motorcycle Club was among the inaugural inductees into the Canadian Motorcycle Hall of Fame two years ago.
