City will flush hydrants May 11 to June 6

City hydrants will be flushed starting Sunday.

Public Works staff will be flushing hydrants from May 11 to June 6. The work will be carried out between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. in an effort to minimize disruption of water service. The flushing is performed regularly for the general improvement of the water system.

Residents may notice a slight discolouration in the water during this period. It's recommended that residents run their tap until the water runs clear.
